If you receive your order and there is an issue please contact us within 7 working days via email at email@example.com outlining the issue.
Our policy for returns and exchanges is as follows:
- We are happy to issue and exchange, credit note or refund if an item is faulty. If possible, please return the faulty item with it's original packaging so it can be returned to the manufacturer.
- Postage cost of ALL returns are to be incurred by the buyer.
